01. Client Onboarding 

At the beginning of the project we will issue an invoice requiring a 100% deposit of the first month of your package (Essentials Package $549 ex GST, Growth $999 ex GST) to be made towards the project. This covers the largest portion of the project which is getting your strategy ready and month one planning. We will also include a confirmation of the package above and our standard terms and conditions for you to review and agree to.

02. Getting to know you and your brand

Once the deposit is received and the signed proposal returned, we will book a date for your getting to know you interview and brand session. Depending on your location this can either be in person or over Zoom video call. Distance is no barrier!

03. Strategy

Using the information gathered from the interview, we will begin developing your strategy. This process generally takes 1 to 2 weeks and is included in your first month. Once complete we will send you a PDF of the strategy to review and organise a phone call to discuss the rationale of the strategy. This is where you’ll have the option to refine and tweak the way forward.

04. We're on

Once you’ve approved the strategy, we are ready to get stuck into the content plan for month one (along with the advertising component for Growth packages). You’ll have the opportunity to review the content plan before we go live.

05. We are live!

Once steps 3 and 4 are signed off you are live and active on social media. Content will be scheduled and monitored, and we’ll also start working on the following month, so the flow is seamless moving forward.

06. Quarterly Report

At the end of each quarter, we prepare a report covering results and learnings. We often jump on a call with you to go through the detail so you can ask questions. Social Media is all about innovation and constant learning, so the quarterly report is a good pulse checkpoint to come together and align goals for the following month/s.
