Kelly Gaunt is the Founder and Creative Director of The Marketing Bungalow. With 20 years’ experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Kelly saw the need to provide business at all levels with a boutique marketing, design and communications supplier. Kelly was passionate about building a marketing business that didn’t deliver their services in a ‘smoke and mirrors’ agency format where offshore freelancers, juniors, administrators and interns complete the work. The Marketing Bungalow employs a team of full-time marketing, design and sales experts who each bring a unique talent to the table. Kelly is all about bringing together smart people who want to support and learn from each other.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business: Marketing and is a professional member of the Australian Marketing Institute holding a Certified Practicing Marketer accreditation. She speaks regularly at Just Cuts events nationally and has been invited to speak at various events for Signarama, McGrath, St George Sutherland Shire Community College, Franchise Council of Australia and Shire Women.
Her corporate background has seen her work with major Australian and International companies including Zodiac Marine & Pool, Just Cuts Franchising, Clark Rubber and the Commonwealth Bank.
Kelly believes that a strong understanding of marketing and a practical approach to its theory provides the ability to achieve results across a diverse range of industries and categories. She applies a refreshing balance of practicality, creativity and strategy to each project and brand she partners with.

Emma is a creative designer with an intelligent and dynamic aesthetic that pushes boundaries whilst demonstrating the brilliance of restraint and minimalism. Her approach is designing for a purpose. She believes that designing without a brief is art and not a communication piece. She has multiple skills including graphic design, animation, video editing and photography. Shy until she gets to know you, Emma is fun, loves her tea and oozes style and warmth.
Shelby is not afraid of a challenge. Before joining The Marketing Bungalow Team in February 2019 she had just finished her first year as a full time graphic designer completing a maternity leave position for a local newspaper in regional NSW. In this role, Shelby was soley responsible for meeting strict print deadlines and working with multiple businesses to create large and small format advertising at a local area level. Shelby moved back to Sydney once her role was complete and has proven to be a talented designer with a kind and extremely funny heart.

Marketing & Campaign Executive
Dani has over 15 years’ experience working in Australian retail and a strong background in planning, developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns across a broad range of industries.
Before The Marketing Bungalow, Dani was responsible for executing marketing campaigns and developing local area marketing initiatives for Blooms The Chemist stores nationally. Dani is enthusiastic and a meticulously organised individual who consistently strives to achieve deadlines along a critical path.
Her other experience includes end to end management of retailer promotional programs for clients within the Fresh Produce Industry and development and execution of promotional plans to achieve business targets in FMCG categories at Woolworths Supermarkets.
Dani possesses a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment surrounded by creative minds committed to delivering healthy business outcomes. She enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders and is skilled in campaign management, local area marketing, copywriting, and collateral development; including retail point of sale, flyers, digital tiles and signage, program evaluation and report writing.
Dani lives in Sydney with her husband, two wonderful boys and her spoilt dog Lucy.

Lindsey is a passionate, self-motivated and organised marketing professional with over a decade of experience working on both local and global brands, including a brief stint as Business Manager on the client side before being drawn back to the wonderful world of agency life (where she belongs).
Lindsey is dedicated to making sure each and every project she works on stands out from the crowd. And while she prides herself on her ability to recognise and articulate her clients wants and needs, keeping on top of projects and making sure all parts get to the finish line at the same time is just one of the things Lindsey does best.
Often aware of problems long before the client is, Lindsey keeps her cool, no matter how big the job or how many projects she has on at the one time.
The ability to juggle projects while never missing a deadline hasn’t just developed through Lindsey’s professional experience. It also comes from having had three kids in four years – all with very different personalities, wants, needs and demands. She had to adapt or die trying! She has learned to manage her time and be flexible in order to get things done.
