We're looking for a Marketing Assistant

Due to our ongoing growth, we are opening an opportunity for a marketing assistant to join the team in a newly created part time role working 2-3 days per week (we are flexible with days/hours).

The role would ideally suit a marketing student or recent graduate that loves all things marketing and wants to showcase their work across web and social media. You will have the opportunity to build your career and work alongside a successful team.

Your role will be responsible for assisting with :

  • Content calendar management

  • Creation of new content as well repurposing

  • Posting content to Social Media channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

  • Website updates - WordPress, Wix, Shopify

  • Email marketing and monthly newsletters

  • Proofing copy - emails, documents, publications before it hits the market

  • Market research, collating information for quotes and information packages 

  • Video creation

  • Creation of content for marketing collateral including flyers, information packs and sales documentation

  • Client customer service and support

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience within a similar marketing role

  • The proven ability to create and present marketing material

  • Excellent spelling and grammatical skills to proof work

  • Skills in content creation

  • Experience with social media

  • Website skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and a vibrant personality
