We’re looking for a savvy Digital Account Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, developing and managing our clients' digital strategy and implementation to improve their online and offline presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. In addition, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering and building relationships for the long term. The Digital Strategy & Implementation Coordinator works closely with all the entire team encouraging creative and strategic thinking and collaboration to produce classy outcomes for all clients.


This role is ideal for someone who has agency or client-side experience in digital account management (SEO, Google Ad, Social Ads, eCommerce, Email Marketing & Content Strategy) who will value working within a boutique team, in a part time role close to home. Your day will often include the following:


  • Developing and constantly evolving client strategy plans.

  • Implementing ROI focused campaigns.

  • Execute campaigns across digital channels.

  • Help to develop and coordinate content for multiple clients and channels.

  • Develop and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies for clients.

  • Analysing competitive markets and keeping up to date with relevant trends.

  • Ensure brand alignment & integration of the customer journey across all clients and digital channels.

  • Develop, implement and maintain strategic SEO plans for existing and new clients.

  • Manage all digital advertising including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram advertising.

  • Develop, brief and implement strategic EDM marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team.

  • Keep accurate records of all billable and non-billable hours using Cloud software provided.

  • Create regular performance reports & competitor analysis.

  • Brief design content that needs to be produced for campaigns.

  • Respond to client questions, queries, or other by phone, email and in meetings.

  • Identify, develop and communicate relevant new digital offerings to your team and clients.

  • Identify upcoming strategic opportunities.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate project plans, content plans, strategy documents and WIPS for client projects to industry best practice standards.

  • Prepare monthly reports and summaries ready for distribution to Clients.

  • Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management each month.



Skills and attributes:

  • 2 years plus experience in an agency or client-side digital marketing role.

  • A passion for digital marketing best practice and trends.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Dedicated and enthusiastic approach to marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Proactive work style and ability to take ownership on projects.

  • Ability to multi-task and jump in without hesitation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Communications.

  • Competent skills in at least five or more of the following areas is essential SEO, Google Ads, Search and Analytics, Social Advertising, Email Marketing, SMS marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, YouTube, Customer Journey and Automation processes.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite (desired but not essential).
